The sheaths are collected and sun dried, then soaked in fresh water and, cleaned in chemical-free environment and allowed to dry naturally, thus, making it odorless. The dried sheaths are than heat pressed in unique mould making them sturdy and heat resistant. Dinnerware areagain allowed to dry completely. Then the Dinnerware's are checked and sorted by our quality supervisor's based on the quality parameters we follow, After Sorting plates are then forwarded to our packing section where it is labeled and packed based on buyers requirement.
